Come join Santa G and Mrs. C at their home away from home just minutes away from Downtown Howell ( address will be on confirmation once payment is made). Parents will accompany their child/children in the Kabin to take unlimited photos or videos (a photographer is not provided). Your Kabin visit entails an up close, intimate visit with Santa during which Santa tells stories, answers holiday questions and children have a chance to share their wish list. When departing the Kringle Kabin each child will leave with a special gift or keepsake of their visit.

… Our 20 minute sessions and fee are set for SINGLE FAMILIES, average of three children. If you have more than 3 children in your IMMEDIATE FAMILY please contact us prior to making an appointment, Santagofhowell@yahoo.com Additional fees may apply. This will give your children plenty of time to visit with Santa G and help to ensure a more memorable visit and make magical memories.

The Kringle Kabin is small, we ask that you keep adults visiting the Kabin to 2 or 3.

We have made accommodations for you to park in the driveway, Not The Street. There has been complaints about street parking from a neighbor. Please stay on the path and this will lead you to Santa. This is for your safety and the consideration for our neighbors.

We are sorry but at this time The Kringle Kabin is not wheelchair accessible.

HOW TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT

🎅 Book Your Santa Visit – Important Information 🎄

To ensure a smooth and magical experience, please carefully read and complete the following steps:

Select a Date & Time
Choose your preferred session from the available calendar slots.

1. Fill Out the Contact Form
   Include the following:

   • Child’s Name

   • Child’s Age

   • Favorite Gift received from Santa last year

   • Childs Christmas elfs name if they have one.

   • This helps Santa personalize the visit for your child!

2. Complete Payment in Full.

   • Your session is not confirmed until paid in full.

   • Partial retainers are not accepted

   • Follow the Retainer Payment Instructions to secure your booking.

3. Session Confirmation

   • A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is received in full.

   • Save this email—it contains the link to your visit and any changes you may need to make.

4. Tips (Optional)

   • If you’d like to leave a tip, please use the mailbox labeled:
     “Cookie and Cocoa Fund” during your visit.

   • Please do not hand cash directly to Santa, Mrs. C, or the Elf.
     It’s important for the children to see the magic, not the money!

Appointment terms and conditions

By booking an appointment, the booker acknowledges and consents to the following terms:

• Refunds & Cancellations: Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled session.

• Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate a date change if possible. Please contact us directly to inquire.

• Transferring Appointments: If you cannot attend your session and wish to give your slot to another family, you must notify us in advance. Each visit is customized to the child, and we require information about the new child to properly prepare.

• Arrival & Departure: Due to limited parking and out of respect for others' experiences, visitors may arrive no more than 5 minutes before their session and must depart immediately after it concludes.

• Walk-Ins: Walk-in visits are not available. All appointments must be booked in advance.
